MELBOURNE BMW MOTORCYCLES WEBSHOP - SHIPPING POLICY
At Melbourne BMW Motorcycles we pride ourselves on ensuring your orders are packaged with the highest standards and delivered in a timely manner by a select group of shipping and delivery service providers. While we will do our best to have your packages shipped to you as quickly as possible, these are unprecedented times, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused by any shipping delays.
Orders received on a business day are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Handling times for all orders are generally 1 - 2 business days from the time of order and shipping times will be dependent on our shipping and delivery service providers. Slight delays may occur during sale periods, holiday periods, during COVID restrictions or severe weather conditions.
Once your order has been paid for and dispatched, a dispatch confirmation email including a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provide. All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require a signature unless you provide authority to leave.
Our shipping charge will vary depending on your location and order value, and a quote will be provided at checkout. Please ensure that you understand all order details and charges prior to confirming payment and placing the order. Orders over $200 will have free standard shipping.
Melbourne BMW Motorcycles reserves the right to select the shipping and delivery service provider at its discretion.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Goods are delivered via our Melbourne BMW Motorcycles store which is carrying the item in stock and Melbourne BMW Motorcycles will arrange a shipping and delivery service company to deliver to the address you provide in your order.
Shipping is payable at checkout, therefore shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, and are additional to the cost of goods sold.
Unless you provide authority to leave, you must sign for the number of parcels received upon delivery. Melbourne BMW Motorcycles will not be held responsible for parcels signed for, but not received.
Any bulky or fragile items may require specialist shipping and delivery services and may take longer to reach nominated destinations.
MOTORBIKES, HELMETS AND SPECIAL APPAREL
Motorbikes, helmets and customised or fitted items such as racing suits can be viewed on our website but are not available for purchase through our online store. Please visit our Melbourne BMW Motorcycles store to purchase.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our online store is unable to ship internationally and is only available to valid delivery addresses within Australia.
TRACKING
As soon as your order has shipped you should receive an email with all your tracking details. All efforts will be made to ensure your order is received within a timely manner.
LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
